40g of protein with just the yogurt and protein only!

-toppings: granola, chia seeds, almond butter, honey, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen blackberries (Nicole thinks frozen taste better)! You can always switch to fresh strawberries and bananas!

- if you don't like a topping you don't have to get it! You can always add on toppings too!

** We suggest mixing it all up before you start to eat it!
